Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every account can claim a free day: 24 hours of full access, once every 30 days, no card details needed. Claim it from the plans screen inside the app. The only limits during a free day are that downloading the project save file and the IBWC export are disabled; every other report and export works as normal.
Do the cheaper plans have fewer features?
No. Every plan unlocks the entire product: the Day pass and the Annual plan are the same software. The only thing you're choosing is how long your access lasts. There's no cut-down tier, no feature held back for the bigger blocks, and no upgrade prompt waiting inside the app.
Does it auto-renew?
No. We never charge your card without an explicit click. We'd rather you forget about us than wake up to a surprise charge. When your block runs out we send a friendly email so you can re-buy with your saved card in a couple of taps.
Can I cancel?
There's nothing to cancel, because we don't auto-renew. When your current block runs out, that's it: no further charges. If you want to keep going, sign in and pick another block.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, processed by Airwallex. We never see your card details.
What currency do you charge in?
AU customers pay fixed AUD prices ($5 / $25 / $85 / $600 for day / week / month / year, GST-inclusive). Everyone else pays USD ($4 / $19 / $59 / $399). You pick your billing country at checkout, and both price lists are fixed, so the amount never moves with the exchange rate.
Do you provide tax invoices?
Yes. Every purchase generates a PDF tax invoice with Entelecom's ABN. It's emailed automatically and downloadable from your account.
Is my design data safe?
Designs are stored in our database and only accessible to you and people you explicitly share a project with. We don't mine or share design content. Project export gives you a full local copy any time.
Do you offer team plans?
Not as a self-serve option yet. Email [email protected] and we'll set you up.
Can I use it on a tablet?
The app is responsive and runs in any modern browser. Mouse / trackpad input gives the best experience for cable drawing; touch works but is less precise.
What happens when my access expires?
You can still sign in; you just can't open or edit projects until you buy another block. Your data is preserved indefinitely.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't refund time you've already had access to. If you have a genuine problem with your purchase, email [email protected] and we'll work it out case-by-case.
