Who we are

i-Curate is a product of Entelecom Pty Ltd (ABN 27 122 375 491), referred to as "we", "us", or "Entelecom" in this policy. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

• Account information: your email address (used for sign-in via one-time codes), your saved settings, and any custom parts you add to your library.
• Design data: the projects you create: floorplans (images you upload), component placements, cable runs, link-budget settings, RF prediction settings.
• Billing information: your purchase history (plan, amount, currency, dates) and any tax-invoice details you enter, plus the reference tokens Airwallex issues for your account. We store no card details at all: not the card number, CVV, expiry, brand or last 4 digits. Card data is handled entirely by Airwallex.
• Operational logs: server access logs, error traces, and webhook events used to diagnose problems and verify payments. Card details are stripped from webhook records before they are stored. Retained for 90 days.

How we use it

• To run the service: store your designs, render them on your screen, calculate link budgets, export BoMs.
• To process payments via Airwallex and email you receipts and renewal notices via Resend.
• To respond to support requests you send us.
• We do not train AI models on your design data. We do not sell your data.

Third parties we use

• Airwallex: payment processing. They handle card data under their own PCI-DSS scope.
• Resend: transactional email (sign-in codes, receipts, renewal reminders).
• AI floorplan cleaning (optional): if you opt in, the image is sent to whichever provider this deployment is configured to use — Google (Gemini API) or Black Forest Labs (FLUX API). Some deployments run the cleaning entirely on their own hardware, in which case the image is never sent to a third party at all. You can disable this in account settings.
• Cloudflare: edge network and TLS termination.

Cookies

We use a single first-party cookie to keep you signed in. We don't set advertising cookies, and we don't embed third-party trackers on the marketing site.

Your data, your control

• Export: you can export any project as a portable file at any time from the app.
• Delete: email us to delete your account and all associated designs.
• Access: email us to request a copy of the data we hold about you.

We'll update the date at the top of this page when this policy changes and notify active customers by email for material changes.
