1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of i-Curate, a web application operated by Entelecom Pty Ltd (ABN 27 122 375 491). By signing in, you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You sign in by email using one-time codes, with no separate password. You're responsible for keeping your email account secure. One person, one paid block: only one active session per account at a time. Signing in elsewhere kicks the prior session.

3. Billing

• Australian customers are charged in AUD (GST-inclusive); customers outside Australia are charged in USD. Both price lists are fixed; we do not convert at the exchange rate. Payments are processed by Airwallex.
• You buy prepaid blocks (Day pass / Weekly / Monthly / Annual). Access ends when the block expires.
• We never auto-renew and never charge a saved card without you confirming the purchase. There is nothing to cancel: if you do nothing, your access simply ends. Time already paid for stays valid.
• We send you a PDF tax invoice after each purchase. For AU customers it shows the GST component of the AUD amount charged. Sales to customers outside Australia are GST-free exports of services.

4. Refunds

We don't refund time you've already had access to. If you have a genuine problem with your purchase (technical failure on our end, billing mistake, fraudulent charge) email [email protected] and we'll deal with it case-by-case.

5. Who owns what

• Your designs are yours. You retain full ownership and IP in any project you create.
• Built-in libraries and the app itself are ours. You get a non-exclusive licence to use them while your access is active.
• We don't train on your data. Your project content is not used to train AI models.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use i-Curate to: violate laws, infringe third-party IP, attempt to compromise the service, share your account credentials, or upload malware. We may suspend accounts that materially breach these rules.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but make no formal SLA at this stage. We back up project data daily and you can export your projects at any time. We may have brief planned-maintenance windows; we'll notify active customers in advance for anything material.

8. Liability

i-Curate is a design tool. It assists, but doesn't replace, engineering judgement. Decisions made on the basis of i-Curate outputs (link budgets, BoMs, coverage predictions) are yours to verify. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the preceding 12 months.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change. Material changes will be notified by email.
